One of Canada’s “Best Workplaces for Giving Back” for 2026

Provincial Credit Union is proud to announce that it has received recognition as one of Canada’s “Best Workplaces for Giving Back” for 2026.

Best Workplaces for Giving Back acknowledges employers who prioritize giving back and creating a positive impact that extends beyond the workplace. It is an internationally recognized, research-based program that relies on authentic employee feedback to validate outstanding employee experience.

Provincial Credit Union is honoured to be recognized for its strong commitment to giving back to the community. Through two paid volunteer days each year, employees are encouraged to lend their time and talents to causes that matter to them. The annual Random Acts of Kindness Day, when staff completed acts of kindness across Prince Edward Island, is one of the nearly 350 local initiatives supported by Provincial Credit Union. In 2025, Provincial Credit Union provided over $750,000 to Island communities through community donations, grants, bursaries, and sponsorships.
